Colchagua Program

Vineyard Santa Cruz, Lolol

The tour begins by discovering the body of the wines in the garden of varieties, where the different varieties of vines will be distinguished. With the guided tour of the winery you will learn about the winemaking process, with visits to the harvest yard, the winemaking room and the barrel room. You will then taste two of the wines, one from the Reserva line and one from the Gran Reserva line. With a surprising view of the valley and the vineyard, the cable car will take you to know the soul of the wines. In Cerro Chamán you will visit the Indigenous Villages, where in a self-guided visit you will discover how the Aymara Culture, Mapuche and Rapa Nui lived in harmony with nature and its environment; you will learn about their rituals, beliefs and especially their leaders: La Machi and El Chamán. We will finish with a delicious lunch at Café Terroir. Lunch Includes: Starter, main course, dessert, coffee, 1 drink or juice.
